Little boys will be little boys....

Earlier this week I learned a valueable lesson...little boys will fight..and then after one gets hurt..they will stick up for each other...I was sitting on the porch when I see X. tell a little boy to get off of him..they had been wresteling... this little boy upset then socked X. in the face... the valueable lesson is that even though this little boy had hit X. in the face... X. wanted to play with him.. The anger that I felt as a Nanny when a child hits my little one..could not be carried over...I had to allow X. to be a little boy...they take a tumble but after a quick dust he was better and wanting to play.

You are a what???????

Have you ever dreamed what it would be like to have children? For girls, when we are little we hold our baby dolls and nurture them like we see our moms doing for us. Well, my dream to have children has been realized in a different way. There is no way that at this point in my life I would be ready to have my own kids, so instead I became.. NANNY 911. My job is self-explanatory I am a Nanny brought in by hard working parents to take care of their children while they go to work. I work for an amazing family for the sake of privacy we will call them the Mr. and Mrs. Smith family. They work all day but come home to spend time with their beautiful children at night. Our job is simple be a mom to kids who are not your kids. I am the negotiator, the nurse, the cook, the housekeeper, I am a surrogate Mom. This blog will serve the purpose of telling stories that happen to me as I work. Or if you are a Nanny yourself feel free to share yours. My job is my life my life is my job.. I am a Nanny
